This is a logo design project - I have posted many and the usual freelancers post and understand the process. They normally post at $30. There will be freelancers with no ratings that will post amounts much higher than that .... their posts will be removed. They will do it anyway because freelancers rarely read the project descriptions! Ok I have the minimum number of words required to post a new project.
