Create Simple 1D Images / eBook Covers/001

I am looking for someone to create **one**, **Extremely Professional* looking, 1D (one dimensional) report cover for me and I need it to have a different look.

Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand.

Here is a sample of what I am looking for:

#1- I need the finished cover as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not a square image,

#2- I need you to give me EACH COVER in two different sizes;

* One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels

and

* The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size.

Both must be saved as JPG images.
