Create a Venture Capital and Angle investor list for my startup

I am looking to raise capital for my startup. And need the attached Exec Summary reviewed and rewritten so that we get funded. We are looking to raise Seed and/or A rounds, from $250,000 to $5,000,000. In the SaaS, real estate, and financial sectors. Investors must have invested in at least 2 USA-based, deals in these sectors, within the last year and are actively seeking deals. We are looking for good fits.
