Develop iPad app to replicate functionality of 3 simple excel spreadsheets (attached).

The iPad App is for our own business use only, not for public domain. All calculations are provided in the spreadsheets attached. The "development" version of the spreadsheets shows all relevant calculations. The other versions show a simple mock up of a potential look and feel for the app, although your own creativity here is appreciated. Note that inputs have data validation applied so they can accept only certain types of inputs/ranges. We would appreciate numeric input fields to have direct numeric input and sliders. There are also tool tips for many of the input cells.
Note that calculations/formulae may changes slightly from that attached (e.g. we may find minor errors which need to be corrected in the final formulae).
Although there are 3 spreadsheets, we are indifferent as to whether these are developed as 3 separate apps or an all-in-one app.
We would require that all work product/coding/files become our property at the end of the assignment and you provide instruction as to how we can load the apps into the iPad.
