We want to learn everything we can about one U.S. based customer type - The “Deals Seekers”, people who spend above average time and energy looking for the best deal when purchasing a commodity product.
Goal: Our goal is to be the only one in our kind of business who knows everything about this Customer Category.
Plan: Use all techniques and data available, online and offline, put it together in an excellent in depth, well based, detailed, executive report.
This is not market research, we dont want to know about all the servises available to these types of consumers, we want to know all about the consumer themselves. (not just some quick statistics from [login to view URL], use Alexa too, but we need a very wide variety of sources)
Time line: Initial outline must be ready within 24 hours of project commencement.
Long Term - I will be needing many more similar projects in the future, were looking for one provider sho can suit our needs, starting with this project as a trial.
We will provide additional criteria upon award.
