Circuit design/prototype for vector scan output

I need a prototype and schematics for a circuit that will take X/Y/Blank output from a vector scan circuit and convert to a signal that galvanometers will use to control laser output.

The laser output X/Y scale should be adjustable in multipliers so that the image resolution or X/Y axis can be increased or decreased (say with a potentiometer).

The circuit will be used for legacy video game equipment :

Essentially the circuit will be attached to the mainboard of this unit at the X/Y/Blank output and rather than displaying on the internal vector scan monitor will go to this circuit and transfer output to scaleable laser.

well, you need a kind of amplifier to adapt the impedance of the game output designed to go to the CRT tube to power the laser galvanometers. just be aware that you won't get the same display as galvanometers are me More
