Need someone to assist in the creation of categories and subcategories for a yellow pages directory. The person will be given 18 scan pages with categories listed in alphabetical order and need to use his analytical and creative skills to organize them in categories and subcategories in a similar way as shown at [login to view URL] Once the categories and subcategories are formed, he/she will need to input them in site’s database.

Please find attached sample of scan page that contains partial categories that will be used.
