Cut Out Image and Data Entry

I have about 200 cosmetic products to be entered into my website.
I will supply images of the products and the barcode.
The Project :
Remove the background from the product image. Each image should be placed on a pure white background (RGB 255.255.255) on a 500px x 500px Image. Saved as a jpg.
The barcode of each item is also pictured. I need you to look for the product and get the product details.
You supply me....
1, The image
2, On an Excel spreadsheet i need the barcode number, product description, image name.
The images are currently being done, they will be on a contrasting colour to make as easy as possible BUT we require excellent work no shortcuts.
Images will be uploaded for you to download.
