Convert layered psd file to html email (mailchimp)

I have a layered psd file which I need converted to a html email that can be sent from Mailchimp.com. Mailchimp has various templates and editors for creating emails so you may not necessarily need to create it in html from scratch.
The email consists of images and text with 3 or 4 seperate links. You must work in your own Mailchimp account (free to register) and then provide the file/code so that it can be imported or copied into our Mailchimp account.
Attached is a jpg file but a layered psd will be supplied.
