PGM images processing in C language

I need a programm in C language, that can open and PGM (type P2) files.. I need 2 scripts, image.c and imageEdit.c ( image.h, imageEdit.h and main.c are given as attached files). Images are considered to be static matrices of MAX_WIDTH*MAX_HEIGHT pixels. In these scripts we need the following functions:
IMAGE *ReadImage(char *filename); void WriteImage(IMAGE *image, char *filename); IMAGE *RotateRight(IMAGE *image); IMAGE *RotateLeft(IMAGE *image); IMAGE *FlipHorizontal(IMAGE *image); IMAGE *FlipVertical(IMAGE *image); IMAGE *Negative(IMAGE *image); IMAGE *MergeHorizontal(IMAGE *image1, IMAGE *image2); IMAGE *MergeVertical(IMAGE *image1, IMAGE *image2);
