I need an app created on the google app engine.
The project will need to be written in Java or Python and built and hosted in the google app engine.
I require the ability to to specify the size and quality of the thumbnails created.
Code should be well commented.
App has to be done on google app engine and as such is to be written in Java or python, there are some workarounds to use php with the google app engine
