I need a website designed and coded. It will be a betting website with user accounts. It will be very similar to [url removed, login to view] - AGAIN IT WILL BE VERY SIMILAR TO [url removed, login to view] - please do not contact me unless you have the skill to create a website of this calibur. The user must be able to place bets, and there will need to be an automated system for when a bet wins that money goes into that persons account. The site will need top security. CMS to be discussed.
