Custom sprites for online RPG(repost)

I have 3d characters for my online RPG system and this poses a problem when creating clothing and armor sprites and making them equipable because the 3d figures are small in comparison to a 2d character head and body :P.

What I want is the same races I have made in 3d redrawn in 2d but more realistic anime style rather than cartoony.

The initial sprite pack will include

8 races each has 2 genders

so 16 base images

10 basic hair png (some races and genders don't grow hair)

16 basic eyes png

12 basic black second skin (like a black wetsuit)(2 races are cyborg and don't require armor)

8 weapons

Artists bidding must be available for future paid item packs for this avatar pack.
