Complete the Development of My Android App

I have an Android App that functions with my website. I need someone to add web links, and a trigger to open another app. I can explain more to a prospective individual.
The app is 90% completed. I need minimal assistance to get it completed and pushed to Google PlayStore.
I have the file package for Android Studio.
1. I need Links added in the App Menu
2. When user downloads with the app, it opens another app to show it installed correctly (I have the download function working, just not opening the other app.)
3. I need existing Progress bar working
There will be other needs in the very near future for this app. It is for a free website without any ads, that was started to create collaboration of artists and coders around the world. We create watch faces for Smartwatches for free. My largest Google Plus Community is near 250,000 members.
This is for a good cause. This not a business website, nor am I a businessman. This is my hobby and passion for creating a more collaborative world.
