Build an app for the Australian market which will include 3 sections:
1. Detect GPS location and be able to share this location back to base
2. Drop pins on map to show a list of nominated places so user can find nearest point of interest (POI)
3. Take photos or videos and share this back to base
4. Ability to make delayed phone call back to base and share GPS location, photo, video and text msg
Please provide three quotes:
1. Wire frame design only
2. Full development excluding wire frames
3. Cost for an ongoing maintenance and support contract
Please also provide the following information:
1. Platform you will use - native or phonegap
2. Timeframe for both milestones - wireframe and full development
