Android app(single view) with sources with 3D opengl features.

I need the source code that should do the following :

1) Using opengl 3D features

2) needs to show 3 or 7 panels in a 3D carousel with gestures

3) each panel must contain a picture in the box, a header with a text, a footer with icons and texts

4) each panel must be able to show images in rotation with fade effect

5) each panel must respond to touch and selection

Refer to the attached detailed features doc as reference .

I do not need a full app, just a view with the requested features.

NO PHONEGAP or similar.

The price is fixed, 500 euro and will be 100% payed when provided the working apk at the end.

I need this developed very fast, max 7 days, and needs constant feedback in skype because i will develope the other parts of the complete app.

I need cooperation to work togeter by using SVN repository, and daily commits.
