Build a new professional website

Hi,

I need to look for freelancers that are able to build a new website for me with the following requirements:

- I need all the functions and pages to be similar to [url removed, login to view] (in both English and Chinese, including proof reading of content)

- I need the pages to be revamped with my company name and also to design a unique company logo as well

- Help in uploading and ensure that the new website is hosted properly on my new webhost.

- At least 3 months technical support and unlimited content changes from commission date

- I would prefer a freelancer who is familiar with Chinese and Taobao.com.

Please provide me with past similar references as well.
