Classic ASP and MSSQL help with generating reports on the fly from database

Hello,
We urgently need a classic ASP expert to help with generating reports on the fly from an MSSQL database.
FTP access will be provided and the coder will need to provide coding for initially 4 reports.
Attached is an access database that mimicks the MSSQL database.
The reports needed are:
1) A list of parents who indicated payment by check ordered by school and then by kids name
2) A report of daily meals by school with a total for each menu type.
Reports #3 and #4 haven't been decided yet but will be similiar to #1 and #2.
