I am looking for a freelancer to help me display 3D models as a point cloud with a "sparkly" texture as seen at [login to view URL]
Skills and experience required:

- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering
- Experience with web-based point cloud visualization
- Knowledge of graphics programming and shaders
- Ability to work with various 3D file formats
I'm looking for the simplest possible scope for this project. I need to load the model, and allow it to rotate a little (yaw) - to show off the sparkles as must-have. The dissolve/fade in is nice to have. The fade from one model to another is OUT of scope.
.plys and materials, as well as settings ([login to view URL]) are included in sample files.
I'm happy to work with you to further reduce scope or answer any questions you may have. I'm open to alternative file formats [login to view URL] (but this will be a web-based UI, so I want to keep file sizes to a minimum).
