I currently load a website's RSS feeds every 1 second in order to be alerted to newly posted news articles, but the issue is that the new articles posted on the RSS feeds are DELAYED by about 1 minute. I need to be able to access the articles in REAL-TIME as they are published to the website. I need somebody with knowledge of website design to find how to access the articles in REAL-TIME through either a feed I have not found or by finding a pattern to the unique NodeID number given to each article. Any delay more than 5 seconds is unacceptable. I have tried the website's Sitemap XML and it is also delayed. I have attached a txt file with some info about the website.
