Contest Brief

I'm currently writing a business leadership book targeted towards senior leaders in manufaturing and supply chain. I need TWO (2) book covers desgned by an experienced graphic designer to help create an illustrative book cover that exudes business leadership.

BOOK 1: Title is "UNLOCK" and subtitled is "Engaging the Seemingly Disengaged". The concept is about leveraging the few hard working and engaged employees in workplaces to invovle the seemingly disengaged majority to go on journey journey to excellence (world-class). It is about how leaders can achieve great things by leveraging the fence sitters in the middle. So, if they can some how unlock the potential of the majority who are idle in the middle, then they can deilver great results. I like to explore a cover concept such as a combination lock to crack the code of unlocking.

BOOK 2: Title is "Hidden Growth Opportunities". It is again a business leadership book for the supply chain / manufacturing sector. When business grow, often complexity grows faster and consequently the profitability goes backwards. This book explores 10 paradigms / concepts on how some of the best-of-the-best world-class companies continue to deliver great results, year-on-year. I like to explore a cover concept that demonstrates unearthing burried treasure.

Both Book Coverss: I'd like a similar conpcet to show that they are in the same family.

Colours: Please keep to shaed of Blue, Grey, White mainly. Can use yellow and orange slightly to highlight.

Designers with a background in creating book covers for the business genre are preferred. Your portfolio showing your experience with illustrative designs will be great for our discussion. I look forward to your creative responses.
