WARNING: Writing for children may look easy. It's not. REJECTED ENTRIES CANNOT BE REWRITTEN.
ANYTHING PLAGIARIZED WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THIS AND ALL OF OUR FUTURE CONTESTS.
The essay must:
1. Be focused around a central point.
2. Be high-interest, low vocab
3. Be grammatically correct
4. Spelled perfectly
5. Show where pics could be placed (but don't include them)
Winner will receive $50. Top writers will be invited to write essays for kids on specified subjects. Each essay, once accepted, will earn $30 US. We need about 100 essays immediately and another 800 later.

Employer Feedback
“Janine wrote the best essay out of 71 entries. She was one of the few who established an idea that would interest kids (rather than only adults) and stuck with it through the essay. She submitted something that an editor such as myself could work with easily and that did not sound like an encyclopedia article. ”
