Contest Brief

Create a modern look for a series of forms and menus on a simple web site. We have an existing logo so this is simply a form/page layout contest. The current web site has approximately 6 pages. We would like the 'home' page to be a dashboard that shows number of registrants and money collected. We also need a basic template for a report showing the subscriptions purchased.

The attached files are the existing pages.
