  i watch the livestream video, but i didnt see a man on it explaining, only a voiceover?
  You say you want a same video like that but the : You may draw inspiration from website links show someting els ??
  
  So i am confused wat you want??
  If you want a voice over in the video the Prize isn't suffient for this video.
  So you want the explanation to be with a cartoon karakter and part of the whole video cartoonis style but the video
  facebook page etc etc must be reel screens of sites.
  
  Please help out and make the contest garanteed and extend it please!
