I'm seeking an experienced freelancer, who can help update our newly found theme called 'ribbon' with the plugins we use in our LMS with Tinymce 3. This is a task that requires in-depth knowledge of Tinymce 3 and plugin integration. All plugins are available on recent template and all works. Only design update and integration in new template needed! If you have previously worked on similar projects, please feel free to apply. Specific tasks include:

- Updating 'ribbon' theme with our working plugins
- Ensuring seamless performance on our demo server
- Adjusting plugin files as provided (Will share the zip-file for reference)

Ideally, you should have:

- Deep understanding of Tinymce 3 and its plugins
- Proven experience in similar tasks
