  For what it's worth - sincerest congratulations, Ely. Lovely work. I'm pleased you were paid. If it's in anyway possible, could you let us know - were you fully aware of the additional terms regarding your IP RIghts when you entered - your answer could help a LOT of people in the future and the rest of us - aware of the contest and watching - would genuinely like to know.      Ely - I took the liberty of looking you up - love your cartoon/animation work. As to the contest - so long as you were properly paid for your IP Rights, that's the only thing we've been concerned about. Hope to see more of you around on the boards, keep up the good work. My very best, S: )

  Hola, Ely, perdóname preguntando: solo necesito verificar: ¿estás seguro de entender completamente los términos no estándar que el propietario del concurso ha agregado a este concurso? "Al enviar su participación, usted acepta que Freelancer y sus afiliados obtengan una licencia ilimitada, no exclusiva, transferible, sublicenciada y libre de regalías para usar su contenido de IP en cualquier etapa durante y después de la duración del Concurso". - Básicamente, dan al Freelancer el derecho de usar el trabajo que has hecho y venderlo a otras personas sin pagar ni acreditarte por ello. Si entiende completamente estos términos, olvide que incluso pregunté. Pero si no lo hiciste, es realmente hermoso, hermoso trabajo. Mereces que te paguen por ello. Perdona mi intrusión, así como mi español. S :)

  Hi, Ely, forgive me asking: I just need to verify: are you sure you fully understand the non-standard terms that the contest owner has added to this contest? "By submitting your entry, you agree that Freelancer and its affiliates obtain an unlimited, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensed and royalty-free license to use your IP content at any stage during and after the duration of the Contest." - Basically, they give Freelancer the right to use the work you've done and sell it to other people without paying or crediting you for it. If you fully understand these terms, forget that I even asked. But if you did not, it's really beautiful, beautiful work. You deserve to be paid for it. Forgive my intrusion, as well as my Spanish. S :)
