XPS Ship is a multi-carrier shipping solution. We have a software application that helps eCommerce company ship orders they have received from online platforms. One of our partners is the United States Postal Service and they have sales representatives throughout the United States. These representatives sometimes encourage their clients to use our platform to generate discounted USPS shipping rates.

*****In order to help these sales representatives I need to have a single-page PDF flyer that conveys the benefits of using XPS Ship for shipping with the USPS. The flyer should match the look and feel of our website: www.xpsship.com

I am providing logos that can be used in the flyer, but we must show our logo and the Postal Service’s logo at least once. You may be able to find different USPS logos online that could potentially be used. The designer can use other graphics/images in order to make the flyer visually pleasing, matching look and feel I’ve described, but not distracting from the purpose of the advertisement. I like clean and simple styles.

Here are things we need to convey in the flyer:
• The main message to be highlighted at the top of the flyer should be something like: “XPS Ship Gives You Better USPS Prices”
• No monthly or per label fees
• Commercial Plus Pricing on USPS Priority and Express Mail
• Cubic Pricing
• Integration with various eCommerce Platforms, including: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Volusion, 3dcart, and many more
• Batch label processing
• Upload address book
• Rate shop against your UPS / FedEx rates

Another necessary element to this flyer is we must have a field that enables each USPS rep to paste in a hyperlink to their individualized sign up page. The field should be labeled “Sign Up”, and then the field should be relatively long, so as to include a lot of characters if needed.

I may come back with additional things we want to convey, but this is the basics.
