Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to create a simple banner for a partnership announcement. The banner needs to be in a 16:9 aspect ratio.

I'm sending you banner that someone did for other project, and I would like a banner similar to this one, but only in our (Spectrum) colors. We use gradient blue and darkish theme. Banner is attached as "example banner", I need something this style, to be similar to this. Banner is for partnership Spectrum and Qrolli. On the left (first) should come our logo and name "Spectrum", and on the right (second) should come their logo and name Qrolli.
