Ok so honestly a contest might not have been the way to go with this. But let me explain more in detail what needs to happen after I award. This documents sections can me moved around. The table of contents can and will need to be updates. Sections will need to be removed. The wording will need to be rewritten in some sections to make sure when we run copyscape on this that at least 80% of the document has orginal sounding content. Who thinks this is possible?

  Dear contest holder, I can make it non plagiarized, welly rewritten paper with updates in TOC and sections. You can check my entry for getting idea how I have gone through.   Yeah since we’re gonna be re-wording a lot of it and maybe moving around the content some you can redo the table of contents so that it’s not duplicated. The idea here is to keep the just of the document in tact but making it changed enough so that it’s not creating duplicate content out on the Internet.
