Contest Brief

I'm organizing the 23rd Annual Valentines Day 5k and seeking a talented graphic designer to create a memorable and thematic shirt that stands out. Here's what I'm envisioning:

- Black shirt base with accents in white, red, and pink
- Incorporation of Valentine's Day motifs (think hearts, possibly lovebirds or cupids as the theme hasn't been strictly decided since the related question was skipped)
- Must incorporate running-inspired elements like heart shapes intertwined with running shoes or subtle references to the sport
- Final delivery of .eps artwork and any fonts used within the design

The ideal freelancer should possess the following:

- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in shirt design, especially with thematic work (Valentine's Day experience is a plus)
- Solid background in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Experience in working with color limitations and dark textile backgrounds
- Ability to produce clean, resizable vector graphics

Although details regarding the theme and specific imagery were skipped, creativity is highly encouraged, and I am open to seeing how applicants might interpret Valentine's Day and running in a creative, cohesive design.
