Contest Brief

Hi . I am trying to build Retirement Home . Need some architect who can draw that for me.
Land is 56m x 15m . Main entrance will be on the smaller side because that's where the big street is.
Building will be 40mx9m and it will be 3 levels. Hallway will be in the middle with rooms on both sides.
Hallway is 1.8m is wade and 40m long. Outside walls should be 0.375 , walls between rooms can be 0.10m and walls between rooms and hallway can be 0.3m.We can put elevator on one side and a cross stairs 2.5x3m in the middle of the building. Building can have some balcony on the first and second floor just in a front .
1st level all rooms will have bathroom. In each corner I want to put smaller rooms (2.95 long with 2.9 wade) with 1 bed ( bed is 2mx0.9m), closet 0.7m and night stand 0.4m and bathroom can be 2mx0.9m ( inside bathroom we can put shower that is 0.7m. toilet and sink. Rest of the rooms will be little bigger ( 4.95 wadex2.9 long) with 2 beds ( beds, night stands and closets same size in all rooms). Night stand and closet I need for each bed.
2nd level also in a corners of the building 1 bed rooms smaller like in a 1st level. Rest of the rooms on this floor will be without bathroom because we can put them in a hallway. So we can put 2 bathrooms on each side of the hallway 2.95mx2.9m.We can put one room on each side of the hallway 2.95x2.9 with out bathrooms and they will be with 2 beds. Rest of the space I want to put 3 rooms on each side 4.95x 2.9 for 3 beds without bathroom.
Ground level I don't want the rooms . I need Kitchen, dinning room , living room , doctor room , stuff room , Landry room , storage, small gym with small pool. You can do your dimensions based on 60 people .

For those who have lost their work and time in this platfform, we as users MUST demand from Freelancer to change the way they managing the contest in this plattform, we have to demand that Freelancer make contest holder not able to close contest BEFORE the time they stablish themselves, this can be done by sending a tiket and requesting that feature, we cannot stand that contest holders ignore the "rules" they stablish themselves, if we dont do nothing, out time and work will be throw in a trash can, contact to freelancer, do something!

  What you say is very true. We waste our time on this platform. I was working on this project, but it closed before the deadline, and this is not the first time that this has happened. Not only that, either you work on a contest and it closes before the deadline, or you work on a contest and the contest holder does not choose a winner. In both cases, We wasted our time.

your sketch for 2 nd level with the required dimension is not matching with the plot size. Also your required dimension for first level the stairs can not be in the middle exactly so you should give some flexibility of dimension or stairs location. Regards
