Hi. I tried going a design path to make make the logo modern yet keeping all the minimal aspects. I've worked with over 80 brands to create their brand identity and I'm sure this colour scheme and the font work amazingly well for your target market. The colours in particular are great as they define warmth and trust whereas the minimal looking font builds up confidence. Also, the logo is basically the letter "S" made with two knob looking arrows, defining that the brand goes above and beyond.
