Contest Brief

I've designed my logo and want to make it look much better because I am a novice in Adobe Illustrator I want somebody to be able to make changes that I like.

Our business: We are purveyors of curated like-new transmissions for vehicles that are 10-years old and newer. We search all of the insurance companies' buyers of their total wrecks to find the lowest mileage used transmission available. Nobody sells transmissions for 10-year old and newer vehicles but the dealer, so that's our only competition. They customers seeing this logo are going to be new-car dealer service customers. Upper-to-upper middle class.

Under the educated dummy's head I would like the tag line, "I'm No Dummy" The company font is Ubuntu Medium. The company colors are:
Blue:
#0072CE
Yellow:
#FFB81C
Electric Green:
#0AFF33
What I don't like about the current logo is the following:
1. I would like a heavier outline around the face and ears.
2, I don't really like the ears. Make some adjustments.
3. The current logo isn't perfectly symmetrical. Make it symmetrical.
4. Make the tassle have an outline.
5. I would like the logo in .ai, .png, and svg formats. in the following sizes:
*For a favicon (16px square)
*For a gravitar (80px square)
*150px square
*300px square
*1024px square
So that's a total of 15 different sizes and file formats. Don't create them until I give you my final OK as to the design. Design the educated dummy.

The reasoning behind having an educated test crash dummy for a logo is that the transmissions we sell are late-model, low-mileage used transmissions. All the transmissions we sell came out of vehicles that have been crashed. They are purchased from insurance companies. It is important to have an educated test crash dummy in the logo.
