Hey, I just finished the drawing. I redrew it on my tablet using Photoshop. The drawing is 300dpi and 35cm wide (average XL t-shirt width). I will provide you the file as following types: PSD, PNG, TIFF. Also, all the characters are separated layers as you wished.
