  Hello Royan. Although we could not explain very well our needs, a lot of great designs and logos were posted, deserving, in our opinion more than 5 stars!
  I wish we had funds to award at least 5 or more participants! I understood that rejecting a design could be interpreted as an offense, but the idea was only trying to reconduct the works to the way we were expecting, since my mother language is not English, it is not easy for us to pass our ideas! We would like to say how grateful we feel for all the participation and say thanks to everyone desiring a Great New Year! We have excellent posts, but the ball is still rolling until tomorrow!

     I think it's okay to reject a design, because in the end you'll pick one or more winners (not all)...
     and we freelancers are used to that (in my opinion).
     From a freelancer's point of view - we want direction so that we can fulfill your wishes (perfectly) so that the design can be used for your next needs.

  Hello contest holder - would you give clear direction - coz in the description you need realistic illustration (hand drawn) - but many posts (5star) are toon/vector style, even you give star for logo entries

  Wonderful entries, but heading wrong way! We need an illustration , page, figure or design containing all the information we provided in an atractive way. Must contain the 5 buildings, placed in the google picture sent, with any improvements, in the same picture, we can have the project, the 5 houses provided, the design of roads, adding some flowers, trees, even a pool, barbecue space placed in a convenient local for the 5 units. This page will be used to a banner or fliers..., sorry if we did not comunnicated well what we are expecting...
