I'm looking for a competent and creative designer to help create a brochure that highlights the unique lodges and cabins on my property in the majestic Great Smoky Mountains of west North Carolina. This brochure aims to:

1. Attract potential customers via:
- Families searching for an unforgettable mountain retreat
- Outdoor enthusiasts longing for nature-based relaxation
- Couples seeking a romantic backdrop for their escape
- Family reunions planning an unforgettable gathering
- Weddings desiring a picturesque location
- Companies planning a serene corporate retreat

2. Emphasize the unique features of our cabins and lodges, each with their distinct charm and amenities.

3. Showcase the natural splendour of the Smoky Mountains and the breathtaking scenic views it offers.

For this project, you will need to have excellent design skills, a knack for marketing, and possibly some experience in nature-based tourism. Furthermore, the visuals in the brochure should ideally include images of the lodges, cabins, and their surroundings, shots of the stunning Smoky Mountains, as well as the variety of activities and amenities we offer.

The ideal freelancer will be able to translate our stunning location and unique offerings into a compelling and visually arresting brochure that draws in our multifaceted target audience.

it is very hard to communicate in what i have in mind so please bear with me. I have taken 5 sheets 8’x9” fold and stapled to make 20 panels 4x9
It creates a book like brochure. Panel 1 would be the front cover with logo and hero picture of Huffman creek ( i will provide) panel 2 and 3 could be a welcome to Huffman Creek Retreat featuring the property map and an introduction to the property. Panels 4 and 5 dedicated to the Treehouse. .Panels 6 & 7 Dedicated to the Trout house.Panels 8&9 dedicated to Chestnut Lodge.Panels 10 & 11 the center spread would highlight all of the uses such as Weddings,Family Gatherings Corporate Retreats, Highlight 7 cabins and Lodges which sleeps a total of 56 in 24 bedrooms
