Contest Brief

I'm seeking to hire a talented freelance graphic designer with strong expertise in brochure design. A little about the project:

- The brochure is intended to market two different businesses - one on each side
- The target audience for the product and service being marketed is professionals aged between 30-65.
- The flyer is a circle shape 180mm x 180mm
It will be beneficial if you can also provide valuable input on how to make the design the most catchy and effective for this specific age group.

High creativity, excellent attention to detail and familiarity with the latest design trends for professional age groups will be advantageous. Please provide relevant examples of your past work, especially focusing on brochure design. Looking forward to seeing your proposals!

I have included examples of what we're thinking for each side and we'd like to see some different takes on our ideas.

With the Real estate side, I've included my headshot, so please play with any ideas you can think of that might make it more catchy but still very clear. Here's the text for easy cut and pasting:
