Contest Brief

Im looking for a professional designer to create postcard designs. The purpose of these postcards is to be used for marketing purposes. I did not have a specific style in mind for the postcards but am open to different ideas as long as it remains professional. I need 4 postcard designs for this project. I am looking for someone experienced and knowledgeable in design who can deliver high-quality work. If you think you have the skills to create beautiful postcards that fit my requirements, please reach out. Thank you!

REQUIRMENTS:
please provide at least 4 designs:

The company name is Eastern Shore Home Buyers (included only on the back of postcard)
logo: included only on the back of post card
back of post card: minimal structure similar to attached link

Front design: professional and or professionally comical. Main goal is to get attention quickly.
- use catchy phrases such as link below (pick your closing date, sell your house without fixing it up, get your cash offer in 24hrs etc......)
