****THE PLANS ARE FOR THE 2ND FLOOR WINDOWS ONLY (not ground floor)****

Design details:
I need Architectural design & Renderings for new commercial windows to be installed on the 2nd floor of an office building.

We are removing the blocks surrounding the small windows (pictures attached) to make 7 large openings. The openings are 118" wide & 84"ht (5 such openings) , & 221" wide & 84"ht (2 such openings).

The material we are using are black standard storefront aluminum. picture of the framing material is attached

We have the ability to custimize the size of the frame & glass

Each opening should have at lease 1 operational window.

Since we are using standard storefront aluminum frame the design is key to making the windows attractive, modern and hip

Ideas for the visual style: industrial/modern, cool, looking for the wow factor

Things to avoid: Making it look boring

Extra notes: We need 1 functional window for each opening for fresh air. We have the material to make a single window operational
