Contest Brief

We are a publishing house specialized in calendars and notebooks.

If you have bright design ideas we can work together on design and prepress.

Now
imagine a paper notebook, with
dates per each year day
but without weekdays.

You can start writing in this notebook every year you want to.

It will be best each of the 365 day pages to have a variable color marker repesenting each of the 7 weekdays but without need of printing it.
Thus when you start using it you can have on mind the various indicative marker per each weekday.

For this project you have to design

- Sample 2 A5 format inner pages
in 2 designs
1+1 color print only
4+4 full color print

- sample year planner page
- sample phonebook page

Please submit 6 views x 2 consecutive pages A5 format each.

For your information
the final product will be
А5 format, size 145х210
with 384 inner pages including
12 pages year planner
365 pages for each day of the year
and a
phonebook

The most important is that this notebook will NOT contain weekdays!
