Contest Brief

I need an image that I can create category images from. I need the image to be 1000px x 600px, with rounded corners. I am attaching a sample that I like. I need the PSD to be fully layered so I can easily change colors and text. IT MUST BE FULLY LAYERED. I need text on the right like the sample. On the left side I will insert a product category image similar to my sample.

In my sample you can see an image in the background, I need the S with circle of my logo like that in the background left with the splash like my sample. I also want a white highlight on the left like the sample.

Same color as my sample. This should be relatively easy, I am just not well versed.
