I’m making a motivational video with the following footage.

I want the videos and pictures scrambled, I’d like to have a good mix to where it’s like a video then a picture a video then a picture I want it mixed up well

Turn all sound off of videos from files. And play the music softly or at a lower volume because I will be doing a voice over. The viewer should hear the music, but my voice should be louder than the music.
Every picture should be around 2-3 seconds long. Color corrections and all that are not a huge deal to me but the transitions should be nice and I want the video to look good.
