Need a creative video ad for the marketing campaign of my website Rentbaba.com, a rental apartments reviews portal.

In metro cities, a majority of population stays in rented apartment. There are many problems they face while staying like water seepage, too much interference from the house owner, problems in society, locality etc. and on leaving the apartment like non or partial refund of security deposit. The broker is also of not much help after he has received his commission. This portal is for the tenants to review the apartment and highlight all the good experiences and any problems they faced while staying or after leaving so that these do get flagged to the tenant community and impact their decision making.
Need an innovative, humorous(light in mood) and catchy video ad for this website. Attached the logo of the site, feel free to use it.

  Should be short, less than 1 minute. The idea is to encourage people to provide rental apartment review on our site. My expectation is that the video should be innovative, short and to the point.
