I need a freelancer who can help me with my MS XLS files. I am working on an iPhone number app and I need certain cells in my XLS files to be locked. Specifically, I need cells containing formulas to be locked. password should be 1234. only yellow cell need to to be editable. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience working with MS XLS files and be knowledgeable about cell locking and password protection.
