Contest Brief
Please create an 8 ½” x 11” flyer AND a 5 ½” x 8 ½” postcard to promote a “Ladies’ Only” boxing-themed fitness class.
This class will make you sweat and put your endurance to the test! The class focuses on proper boxing technique, while targeting your upper body and core. Students are taught the mechanics of boxing through fundamental hand drills as well as strength and conditioning drills.
The design should include:
1) Class Description:
a. “High energy, endurance busting workout at world famous Church Street Boxing Gym!”
b. “Heavy emphasis on boxing fundamentals and core conditioning!”
c. “Burn 800 calories per class! Learn while you burn!”
2) “Free Trial” banner
