Contest Brief

I am looking for a campaign or contest that HR managers would enjoy engaging in. I have emails and I have linkedin contacts so I could contact them in different ways. Something that would be engaging, fun, and useful to them. My website is www.baeralliance.com I am an insurance broker who works with HR managers to bring employee benefits into a company. My goal is to set appointments with HR managers so I can discuss their benefits plan with the goal of being their broker and providing their benefits package for the company. I am looking for a fun but professional campaign.

It seems that I have not been very clear. I am looking for an actual marketing idea that is creative that is targeted towards HR managers (human resources). It could be a poll, a competition, a game, I don't know. However, it needs to be highly professional.
