Hello, I need a professional logo for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

The design should look similar to the attached image.

It should:
-- be approximately 3000 x 3000 pixels
-- be a layered photoshop file
-- also include the jpg file
-- also include the transparent PNG file (if applicable)
-- include text on a separate layer
(The 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing)
