I'm looking for a new trendy fresh look on a real estate office logo. PLEASE use white background, no other rendering of the logo will be accepted. Please also take a careful look at those drafts I attached to have a better sense of which logos I like better.

I would like the logo to be modern, cutting-edge, or professional
Colors I would like to see: yellow, red, black.
Our current logo is blue and green. I do not want that and would like something different. Open to other colors. No pink/purple. I have also identified a few logo drafts that I like. I'm attaching them for your reference. You can take them as inspiration or build your designs upon them. You can also try other ideas. I'm open to creative ideas.
