Contest Brief

Our company has set up an office gym and we are after a logo based off our existing logo but designed around the theme of fitness. Perhaps with a picture of an arm with biceps, or a barbell. Would like to keep the same font and colours.
I have attached our current logo. I would like the text to say "Norford Workplace Fitness".
This is for internal use only so it doesn't have to be fantastic, hence the low contest amount.
