Contest Brief

Hi, I have an online lifestyle store called palqis.com. I would love to work with someone creative and artistic to bring the idea I have for our logo to life. Our store is based on a strong, smart and beautiful queen called Balqees (also spelled as Bilqis or Balqis). She was the Yemeni Queen of Saba (Sheba). I have attached a few logo ideas that show what we are kinda looking for. I have listed details to help you with the drawing & design process. Also ways I want the queen to be illustrated in the logo.

Include in logo:
- Sun
- Crown or elegant tiara on the queen
- Coronation Chair

Her characteristics (pay attention to these while illustrating her features)
wavy black hair, eyeliner (bedouin style NOT Cleopatra style), wide eyes, long wide nose (Arabic nose).

Ideas for the logo (pls look at the attached photos)

1. Queen Balqees (her side profile) sitting on her chair with the sun behind her with an elegant crown.

2. Her crown/tiara could be a sun design or the central Diamond on it as a sun.

3. Sitting in a place with Arabian curtains and maybe on a Moroccan pouf.
